  • Anorexia
  • Anxiety disorders
  • Autism spectrum disorders

  • Cachexia

  • Muscle spasms or seizures
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Neuropathic conditions (whether or not the condition causes seizures)

Physician Certification

Any healthcare provider who is currently licensed to write a prescription for a chronic or debilitating medical condition and is in good standing with their Nevada Board can complete and sign the Attending Healthcare Provider Statement. Medical providers can authorize patients for medical marijuana ARE NOT required to have a bona fide provider-patient relationship with the patient.


I would like to apply for a medical marijuana card in Nevada. If I am approved. can I shop in a dispensary and grow my own plants?

Nevada law (NRS453A) currently allows cardholders to home cultivate if they fall into one or more of the following exceptions:

  • If there is no dispensary in the county where your live or you do not live within 25 miles of a dispensary
  • If there was no dispensary operating within 25 miles of where you live when you first applied for your card and have not had a lapse in your registration
  • If you are unable to travel to a dispensary due to illness or lack of transportation
  • If the dispensaries in the county in which you live are unable to supply the strain of marijuana necessary for your medical condition
