The Hopegrown Report: Florida Medical Marijuana Program

In 2014, the “Florida Compassionate Medical Cannabis Act” allowed specified physicians to issue orders for certain patients, allowing them to consume low-THC cannabis, which is defined as having no more than 0.8% THC and more than 10% CBD.
